GM MODE
- Have an option to be able to start a GM Mode where the current NHL Season is at (NBA 2K has this)
- Contract Extensions during the season
- Firing and Hiring of Real NHL Coaches, be able to create your own coaching and scouting team like NBA 2K
- Rumor Mill, Articles etc
- GM Sit-Downs, players can request trades, tell you if they are unhappy if they are in the minors etc.

Be a GM:
Better Rookie Growth
-> Have it so a 4th rounder has chance to grow into a superstar. I draft all 7 rounds in NHL 14 and not once do I grow a 4th round player who is rated 50-60 to 80-90. Has anyone?

Be a Pro:
Other leagues like KHL and SHL and shit.
-> It would be awesome if EA got rights to use KHL and SHL instead of just CHL. Would make things more interesting.

"Playoff beard" customization option when creating a player. Basically, you choose a facial hair option for a player and it is only turned on in playoff games, not the regular season.

Faster simming

Fix Live the Life so you dont start out as a surefire 1st overall pick. Start in the high 50's low 60's overall instead of 72 overall and scoring 20 goals a game. I want to get drafted 2nd-3rd round and play in the AHL etc.

And get rid of the fat CCM jerseys..

Over 10 mill next gen consoles have sold already so I doubt it'd be a problem. But I'd prefer fewer people with a game that's better than a dumbed down next gen experience personally
