Maybe I'm just spoiled here in Minny, but which teams do you guys consider not active? The only one that comes to mind for me is Toronto, LA has some quieter players but most of them are still active. Don't now too much about Winnipeg and Las Vegas but I don't think the situation is that bad there either?

Winnipeg isn't bad in terms of activity at all.

Actually, I'll put up an activity check this season so that way we can check it out.

Beyond Toronto, no.

Winnipeg is one of the most active teams in the league actually.
