Russias lack of real offense.
Hiller stealing games for the swiss(seens the swiss always have this ability last few oylmpics and world cups even with guys like Gerber)
how bad the slovaks have been.
the domination of kessel(i meam i knew he was a great player but hes killing it right now)
Crosby 2nd olympics doing nothing. Last oylmpics same thing he did nothing of note till the gold medal goal. First time he was young and first experincr it was somewhat expected this year its not.
Austria peskyness. They just dont die off and were never blown out despite first oylmpics

Hiller didn't really steal much of anything, he got incredibly lucky quite a few times watching him play yesterday. I wasn't impressed with him at all. Especially since he was playing a pretty bad looking Czech team
Thank you to My boys @Merica and @Ragnar for the lovely sigs!
I think Canada played that game terribly.
So many of Canada's shots were from awful angles and everyone skating around the perimeter being useless.
I don't know. I mean Fins obviously had a great defensive scheme going on but Canada wasted chance after chance. No one had the balls to take the risk to cut to the center.
About players...
I didn't realize how damn good Cpt. Serious and Doughty are.
Plus Duchene and Bowmeester looked great to.
On the flip side...
Getzlaf looked terrible imo. Crosby/Kunitz were invisible.
Also unimpressed with Vlasic and surprisingly Keith looked sketchy defensively which i reallllly didn't expect.

So you do care
Not really no, It's just what I want to see happen  If it does cool, if it doesn't, oh well. I can hope for something to happen without having any care about it

What do you guys think?
Getzlaf looked average.
Kunitz had one of the better chances this game. But he is our 13th forward imo.
Crosby needs constant linemates, he has played with 5 different players already.
I thought Keith and Vlasic were great.
Duchene was one of our only good forwards. The problem wasn't so much us, but more so just how great defensively the Fins were.

With Getzlaf i've never seen such a big guy get pushed off the puck so easy before

Getzlaf's not a puck hound. He doesn't hold onto the puck often because he's not proficient in keeping the puck on his stick under pressure. He's great on PK, he can make some really pretty plays and has his occasional unbelievable play. But staying on the puck's not really his job. His job is making ridiculous passes (Usually to Perry) and make quick shots.
