I believe the term is very subjective. It really just depends on how you interept their words. I know my humour in real life is alot of sarcasm and rude comments but I always say it jokingly, some people perceive me as a dick while others laugh with me. It's simply a matter of perspective.

You are definitely right about that, everything is subjective, but we stillt need to evaluate people around here to find the right ones for the right positions... And all we can use for that are the posts someone makes around here and there have been A LOT of occassions were JT came in to troll, bait, start shit or insult people. If he wants to do it and doesn't cross certain lines then the league can't stop him. But someone like who acts like that just shouldn't become a Commish. There has been this saying around here about a "higher standard" for GMs lately... I wish this higher standard would be applied to the Commishes as well.

They come on to make it a better place and are only motivated by how much their fun would be increased by it. If you tell them they have to be professional and treat it like a job why would anybody want to commish?

Come on you can't be serious about that. We can't tell a Commish to be professional and take their position serious :lol:? Someone who becomes Commish should do so because he wants to serve the league, not just because he thinks it means more fun for himself.
