As Tony Soprano and the boys, our team announces signings with a dramatic black-and-white video—Sinatra playing, gabagool on the table, contract signed in marinara. We post it with the tagline: “An offer he couldn’t refuse.” Each player gets their own mafia-style intro, complete with nicknames and a Satriale’s cameo. Keeps the fans hyped and the crew entertained.

The Renegades should put a barrel out into an empty field and then let a bull just go to town. If the barrel is empty, then no new signings, otherwise we put any new rookies or staff in the barrel and they have to escape when they get knocked over by the bull.

In Vegas everything is a spectacle. We make a big show at the Bellagio fountain or make people perform a Cirque du Soleil acrobatics routine. After the announcement is made we have a big party in the casino! I always end up having a run of bad luck and try to renegotiate my contact for more money.

I'd absolutely love to see Cord and Waters REALLY live up to the "Monarchs" namesake and bring out a sword to "knight" their newest signings and trade acquisitions. Let's just hope they have a steady hand.............

The Nevada Battleborn use a roulette wheel to announce hirings and signings, providing suspense and another opportunity for tourists to gamble. Montreal announces their hirings and signings in one go at the annual poutine dinner.

Nevada has named and given the role of “lamb” to all our rookies. Seems fitting that we would bring them to a farm to get acquainted with more of their kind before graduating to rams!

Currently with the pride for this year but signed my contrat with BAP. Promised me that they would attach a sign to an eagle to announce the signing... Didn't see it yet though..

The San Diego Tidal throws a message in a bottle to the see alongside every team announcement in the hopes that when a tsunami comes it brings back all the good memories of the Tidal and that softens the blows of the city being destroyed by the cataclysm

For a team called the Calgary Dragons they should have each new hire and extension announced in a ball of fire shot from the mouth of a Dragon. Now that would be dope!

I think a smoke tower similar to lord of the rings could be a great way for announcements. Something very kingly or even based in Native American history (because we were the chiefs) would be a great way to bring the community together to make the announcement

I hear when you get signed to Nevada, there's a 50/50 chance you'll develop a serious gambling addiction. But in Buffalo, I'm hoping to give players a 50% discount at Duff's Wings.

Montreal is well known for poutine, so typically when a player is signed they write the player's name on the roof of the arena in poutine.

Los Angeles actually keeps several panthers on hand during all signings, mostly to prevent people from backing out of an agreed upon deal but also because we raise awareness about panther habitat loss.

One thing that Minnesota could do when announcing signings is that every player needs to have a groovy hairstyle, kind of like what the AA Minnesota high school state tournament does during these introductions. It would be a fun homage to those kids and their traditions.
