I wouldn't say "overturned". I would say alter. Most recently the whole Nando becoming GM fiasco where people felt Buffalo/Tampa Bay got ripped off in the deal and we worked with Nando to get him a 2nd round pick next year.

GMs should vote on the commishs, 5 Season term, if they did good they'll get re-elected anyway.

Give every team a commish, or at least not have 2 from the same team up there.
Focus on shit that's important, try to get the good things we have to be even better instead of adding stuff that will be dead and gone a season later. Let people run their team like they want, don't force shit on any GM in the League.

You always talk about how to get realism in this league, time to own up to that.

Or do it like the NHL have 1 Commish, backed up by all teams, so every decision is made by the League not by 3-4 guys.
