This. His persona is that of the "typical American" (which really isn't that typical at all except for certain parts of the country) so of course he'll be sexist about it.

Good job to you guys, sucks for us considering there are really only two women's hockey teams and we got last out of those two, but it takes nothing away from your team's accomplishments.

Miracle on ice? That would be if someone other than either Canada or USA won. Both those teams are so far ahead of the others that regardless of which one is "favored" either one can win and have it not be a major surprise. Good job to you guys, but not a miracle on anything.

Gratz to Canada but god Woman's hockey sucks. Like watching peewee hockey, no contact, falling all over the place. Truthfully the first woman's hockey game I've ever watched... And absolutely the last. Good for them for playing at the highest level for women but from an entertainment standpoint it was as entertaining as watching local high school hockey.

I'm pretty sure Alex said that the US team actually lost to multiple HS teams. I think the Canadian team lost to Midget AAA teams as well apparently.

Canadian team destroyed the Midget AAA teams at the start then they started losing. it took a bit for some midget teams to get use to not hitting,etc.


I know this cause my brother coached against them.
