The Manahttan Rage should throw a bull riding event where spectators come to watch the rage stars get on the hood of a zamboni dressed like a bull and try to stay on. This would prompt people to laugh at the ol slogan, "Mess with the Rage and you get the horns".

Without fans of this great sport we love to play, the lucky few of us would never be able to play it for a living. So to give back to all the wonderful Battleborn fans out there, the Nevada Battleborn team has decided that during the first 3 home games into the S56 season, the first 500 fans through the arena doors will receive a miniature Dodge Ram 1500 Hellcat. The tiny miniature trucks all come mounted on a tiny plastic pedestal with the Nevada Battleborn team name written across the front. The trucks are also going to come in all the classic Battleborn colors, navy, blue, gold and white. So be sure to be one of the lucky 1500 fans to pick up a miniature Hellcat.

Luffy Richard here! I think promotional nights are a good way to give back to the community. Community service is an important aspect of being a player, because to me it only makes sense to give back to the people who cheer us on every night. We are privaliged to play a game we love for lots of money, and giving our time and support to the most vulnerable people in our community is the least we can do. Often, the most vulnerable in communities are children so I propose a kid's day where we bus in children who are part of the foster care system/in homeless shelters/women's shelter as well as the schools around us. Not only would they get a free ticket, but they could skate on the ice, and we can turn the parking lot into a small carnival where players will man the booths. There will also be an area for parents where they can be treated to a spa day, or hang out with their kids. Just a moment to take away from the stress of everyday life. Something to show them that they haven't been forgotten.
I also have ideas for a men's day where we can go bowling/paintball/place hockey with men who are in homeless shelters, as they are often sepereated from women/their wives/children because many shelters don't allow men and women to cohabitate (at least in my area). The team can also visit the shelters to help with those who are not well enough to make such a trip by cooking or cleaning. Lots of ideas for promotional nights that go beyong a free hat or something. By placing us into the community outside our roles as athletes we can cultivate a sense of family that will bring people to the rink and remind us we are a part of something bigger than the ourselves. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() SHL Awards Committee S15, S16, S22 Challenge Cup Champion
On October 21st, the Manhattan Rage are celebrating their acquisition top defensemen Oliver Cleary by running the first ever Hit the Net challenge! Through the first 3 games of the season, Cleary's teammates have been paying him back for sending them perfect tape to tape passes by constantly missing the net. Cleary will be on hand 2 hours before the game to pass fans pucks to see if they can hit the net more consistently than his teammates. Hit the net and you'll be instantly signed to a 3 year deal with the Rage. Get your tickets now!

Maine will be putting together their first ever 'Hatchet Night' during the heir 7th home game. Every person in attendance will be given a team branded Hatchet.
If the opposing teams bus were to go through excessive hatchet damage, the Maine Timber organization take no blame and the official statement is that anyone with a hatchet and a grudge could have caused the damage. ![]() Registered S37 Challenge Cup Champion and Everyone's Favorite Lateevan
