Today we have New England Wolfpack's first selection of the S23 SHL Draft at #12 overall, Left Winger Butch Buckley! Buckley is coming off of an overall statistically weak season with the SMJHL Scarecrows. However, Butch is a heavy hitter, picking up 97 hits in 40 games. Also, from all accounts, an incredible teammate, who has surprisingly not had any trouble with the law. We'll let Butch take the floor.

Hey, brother! I was obviously pretty fuckin' jazzed. Pretty damn shocked, too, man. Their recent regular season success, and dominant play is definitely something that I'm excited to be a part of. The 'Pack welcomed me with open arms, and it's been pretty damn rad. My head was spinnin' in circles though, dude. Not because I was pretty hammered, but I had to gather all my shit up, and figure out how to get some dough together to catch a train to New England. All in all, I'm happy, dude!

Are you excited to come back and join a possibly stacked Scarecrows team in Season 23?

Boss man! Thanks for stoppin' by, glad to have you. In the future, I'm feelin' pretty fuckin' good about it all, man. You obviously know I can bring a pretty bitchin' presence, and I'm not going to let anyone walk over us. The 'Pack got some older dudes, so the time may come soon enough that I gotta lace 'em up for the boys. I'd love a shot on any line, man.
Hell yeah brother!!! The 'Crows didn't have the best season, but the work you did to hoard those picks, brother, now that's a thing of beauty. In fact, we actually came together from those trades, maybe even played better after, man. If all goes well, I really think we can take the cake next season, dude. Especially now that us young guys got a year under our belt. Remember, man, I went from construction to a rink.

Not as bad as you smell from swimming in it, brother. SECURITY!

What sort of player did you have in mind to emulate?

Why do you have such an awesome avatar?

How does it feel not being drafted by a team with Bryzon Thomaz on it?

Do you think "coveted" free agent, Bryzon Thomaz can manage to stay in a city for a single season before his team mates hate him and pass him on to the next team willing to take him?

Are you happy to know that will never be New England?

Pretty fuckin' happy! I was obviously stoked to just be selected, but I've heard great things, dude. Then, of course, the talent on the team really made the pick that much better.

You know, man, fuckin' Dale Hunter, Steve Downie, Matt Barnaby, just an all around good guy, you know? (:lolSmile As long as I'm active in all three zones, I'm a happy camper, man. I pride myself in taking the body, and knockin' heads off. I can chip in some points, as well, but I make sure the puck is secure from our zone, and any threats first.

Thanks for diggin' it! Well, someone took a pretty sweet picture of me, and then decided to do all kinds of funky designs, and add my name! That person is pretty fuckin' cool!

Well, brother, I had no idea who that person was, but as new shit has come to light... I'm pretty glad!

Haha! Well, man, a dude can only do as much as a dude can. Man... Y'know? If said dude wants to be a bad dude, well, dude, it's his own dude hes fuckin' up!
I am very happy to know that New England doesn't condone that, for sure.

Haha! I'm glad you asked, man. Well, I mostly use the nectar of the gods to get such a fine 'do. Mix it in with some car grease, and you got this beautiful sculpture on my head, dude. Often imitated, never duplicated my man!

Well, man... I'm really hoping to train all around. I know my offensive numbers are fuckin' depressing, but if I keep the other parts of my game top notch, those will fall into place in time. You'll always be able to rely on me heading to the front of the net for a greasy goal, or digging deep into the corners on a forecheck to keep possession going. As always, dude, I take the fuckin' body until they're too afraid to come back for more, man. If I can tire out the opposition as a series goes on, than I'm a happy Butch.

Haha! Well, brother... I ooze sex appeal, or at least that's what Cinnamon from the titty bar down the street told me. Glad I could help pitch a tent from a fellow dude!

Are you excited about playing for Team USA in the future?[/quote]

Oh, shit yeah! I'd be lying if I didn't say I dribbled in my pants just now at the thought of that my man. I'd happily suit up for Old Glory whenever she needs me! I'd even bring some grade A American Hot Dogs to the games. Great pre-game snack for the boys.
In all honesty, when the opportunity comes, dude, I'll welcome it with open cans! USA has been playing with a resurgence lately, and fuckin' incredible passion. I hope to continue that trend, brother!

That'll do it folks! Butch Buckley has a party bus to catch, apparently. Thank you for your time, and you can catch Butch this Friday for an autograph session.
