Stretch all kinds, work out ur hand eye coordination by taking a tennis ball and whipping it at the wall and catching it

No, you will overtrain .

The best bodybuilders only train each muscle group once a week.

Go with a 5 day split and take 2 days off a week.

and for beginners I'd recommend training each muscle group about 2 times a week, idk I think I had my best results using that when I started

Nothing.. don't even think like that. It's 70% diet, 27% exercise, 3% supplements.
