I'm considered tiny for a high-level hockey player in terms of mass. I'm around 6'3" and weigh 180 pounds. However, I have around a 9% body fat so most of it is muscle, specifically in my legs. It's the offseason now so I'm on the ice and in the gym a lot getting ready for next season. Coach recruited me like hell and I don't want to disappoint. I do the "Chelios Hour of Power". Look it up. If you have the endurance to do it (it took me a week or two to build it up) it absolutely kills. I'm strong as f*#% because of it. I'm a defensive-defenseman in real life, and now that I'm mobile (I shed a lot of weight last summer, yay puberty) I'm the number 1 guy at the school I'm playing for right now. I'm a recruit for a team who went to the league finals last year and I'm the number 1 d-man. It helped me so much.
