assuming you are, you also can not count on one hand how many teams are looking to offload goalies

Tampa made the trade of the century getting Bishop for Conacher. At the time of the deal, Conacher had a ridiculously high shooting percentage and PDO. Classic sell high move and they found someone stupid enough to think that those stats were sustainable.

No way that the Flyers were going to give up Coots and a 2nd. Even when he was on the fourth line, he was still the organization's top prospect being drafted at 8th overall just a year before that. That's probably what Tampa asked for, not what the Flyers offered.

No way in hell Lehner is the biggest piece in any trade that involves Eberle going to OTT (I'm not even going to touch on Hall because there is no way in hell that EDM gives him up for anything less than a king's ransom). You're probably looking at Zibanejad, Lehner, and a 2nd/3rd or something comparable. Don't know why OTT would be looking for another RW anyway when they need a top 6 LW and/or a top 4 D

I remember the organization souring on him before the trade, sinking his trade value. Hall doesn't have that problem and neither does Eberle. The only one who has really had any trouble with the FO is Yakupov

As far as the Lehner situation goes I don't think they'll move him. His value is at an all time low after a pretty ugly season and they got him signed for 2 more years at a pretty decent clip. They've invested a lot of time in to him, but I could be wrong and this could be the offseason they decide to give up and cut him loose.

Can't role 3 goalies on one way deals, they seem sold on Hamburger there who I think faultered down the strech. And Andy might be a hard sell with his injury history.

Good points on the Bishop trade, but I think that's why your going to see Murray going out and making a big splash with Lehner. Yes I'd tend to believe that Cowen would be part of that deal since he has been rumoured for 2 years now and you could also slap Greening's name down as he gathered interest during the trade deadline last season and the Sens don't want him.

Yes the goalie landscape is a little fucky right now but I'm a good way for teams with them I believe. Don't get me wrong though I think this whole moving Lehner and putting all that trust in Hammond, Anderson, and O'Conner is going to kill this team, but I hope I'm wrong.
