After careful consideration and deliberation, the Discipline Committee and the Head Office have unanimously decided to suspend Shevy Shev for his repeated violation and disregard for the rules and code of conduct standards. As a veteran member and repeat offender, Shevy Shev has a very clear understanding of where the line is, but his persistent crossing of that line will no longer be tolerated.
Fernando is a part of our history. There's no way around that and we are not planning to forbid that people talk about him. What he did in his personal life off site is between him and the criminal justice system however. He's still incarcerated and the League does not need to be reminded of that every day, especially if it is done for no other purpose than to get a reaction out of people. Things would be different if Shevy Shev was interested in having an honest constructive discussion, for example one that tries to educate newcomers about the situation, but that clearly isn't the case. Despite repeated warnings Shevy Shev has continued to bump old threads and post photographs that he was reminded are unacceptable. These actions need to stop and will not be tolerated.
Due to his recent conduct around the forums and in private conversations, we have decided to hand out
a two week forum ban along with a ten game suspension for each of his players and a $5M fine.
We know that this seems very harsh but this isn't your everyday transgression that can happen to everyone. Shevy Shev has already been suspended twice in recent months for relatively similar incidents, where he tried to drag a members life from outside the league into the SHL in an attempt to slander them. On top of that he has also received at least two more suspensions under the old disciplinary system. Shevy Shev has been warned and asked to stop multiple times, yet didn't listen or even react to us by doing the same thing again right away. His actions and posts from around the boards show no remorse at all, instead he seems to be proud of his actions and has taken to mocking the league for being generous about this so far. To us this is clear proof that a severe punishment is in order as small suspensions, slaps on the wrist and nice words haven't worked and since Alex has continously refused to change his behavior. The Head Office and the Discipline Committe have decided together that sending a message is necessary and in this case the only way for us to send that message is through the means of a suspension.
Let us be as clear as possible. This League is supposed to be fun. We shouldn't be out to embarrass each other and we certainly don't need to continue to attack someone who isn't even a part of the League anymore. There's nothing funny about it and we're tired of dealing with people that won't move on.

I respect the DC for trying to deal with this stuff, and i'm disappointed that Alex as a repeat offender decided to harm the team with his actions.
We will re-group and get right back at it - going to suck to lose Partlow for 10 games in his final season during his legacy with the Renegades.
I really do hope this ignites a fire under Alex's ass to be more mindful of his actions around the league. I really do.
