I left this forum after those comments, and I have apologized. I know it's not enough, but I understood how wrong my mindset was.

It was before the current DC, that comment was made when there was no DC, we would have punished him accordingly for it if we could but it was decided that the statute of limitations had run it's course on those two. But trust me, we talked about them when the committee got together.

We''ll not gonna share the exact contents of the post but he called for violence against muslims and refugees in a way that went way beyond the usual "Let's bomb Syria into oblivion!!!" stuff that others said as well.
I originally only deleted the post because I saw it as a spur of the moment thing that can happen in the hours after such an event, kinda comparable to what Nova said (which he will get punished for, just have to wait a little more before we can make an official announcement). But then hedgehog followed this one comment up with a bunch of openly racist remarks the next day so we decided to re-visit the case and take action.
