Ignoring the places where he said that it's fine if a Latvian rapes someone, but so much worse if a refugee does it (Because apparently there's different level of rape?) It's kinda ambigous though, I don't think he actually intended to say "It's better if a Latvian committs a rape than if a muslim refugees does" so that post wasn't the main driving factor behind the suspension, but just a small part of it.
