Nobody came out and said "JY is a terrible simmer he's awful", he simply wants a resolution. I'm not going to ask 100 times for 1 thing to be done. If JY simply forgot it's fine, but to be flat out ignored is not right.

Yeah, and I would be proactive and use the PM function and make sure it was resolved. If PM didn't work, I would update my lines post so that he will be able to see it. Kezz did the exact same thing with me (twice, in fact) and both times I was able to clearly see the concern and address it.
