Brynjar Tusk, might seem like a good pick right now at the top of the draft. atop of Drafts, you are usually looking for that next big impact player that can lead your team in victory as soon as possible. Well Tusk isn't that player. He is a safe defensive defensemen with poor Offensive Instincts, can't skate and really isn't good with handling the puck. With how today's game is progressing into a more, quick skating, puck possession game . You need a mobile defensive core to be successful. Brynjar Tusk isn't going to be that guy in his SMJHL Career, he might be in the SHL one day. He is a more of a long term project player and I don't think he will have any sort of impact in the SMJHL.

If you are looking at a PK specialist on the backend, he might be that guy but don't expect him to play a lot of minutes. He is a lot like a Luke Schenn type of player in my mind. He might be able to clear the crease, be physical, play defence, but when it comes to moving the puck out of his zone, he is garbage. So whoever drafts his facker at the draft will need a lot of luck to make their team a successful one.
