I urge those recreates who talk about not playing in juniors and going straight to the SHL to think again. What message does it send to prospects? What does it really accomplish?

Yeah I've only been here for a season... So shit on me for posting this all you want. But respectfully, I can at least say the reason the league is as enjoyable as it was these last three months was because of a good ratio of rookie members to veteran members. Holding out proves nothing to anyone... And will simply hurt the league in the long run.

And respectfully as someone who's been here 5 years I can say the only time I ever enjoyed juniors was season 2. My first season on the site. The other 6-7 seasons I was in juniors sucked major dick. Especially when I find a good chunk of the recent crop of rookies to be insufferable twats

This doesn't make sense to me. Are they refusing to enter the draft? Or are they just going to hold out? I'll have a talk with Kez about this.

F. Undrafted SMJHL Players
3. A SMJHL player must enter the SHL via draft. A player may not bypass the SMJHL and sign directly to an SHL team. A player may not declare themselves ineligible for either the SMJHL or SHL Draft (i.e. may not declare themselves Free Agents)

So you will have to be drafted and it's up to the GMs, not you, whether you play or not. By all means, don't update in protest, I am certain being two seasons in and not hitting 400 TPE will be a great base for your third HOFer.
