you think Brad Stuart is still a regular NHL defenseman
Yep, go back a couple posts to where I said I had no idea a third pairing dman was injured. If he comes back, he'll still be better than McQuaid like he's always been.

Alex wtf r u smoking? Kevan Miller has been atrocious. Don't get me wrong, he's not a bad 6/7 when he plays to his ability. But that's been pretty rare during this campaign. Tuukka has been stellar and far from "unwatchable" this season.

but i thought you knew so much about hockey?
someone that knows a ton about hockey would know Stuart has been injured all year i would think.
i guess not tho.
Not being able to follow the entire league religiously doesn't mean a thing about my hockey knowledge.

Miller has been bad this year because he's playing a top 4 role with another defenseman who shouldn't even be a top 4 guy anymore.
the Seidenberg-Miller pairing is one of the worst 2nd pairings in the NHL.
i don't remember anyone ever saying Miller was a problem playing on the bottom pair with Krug, which is where he should be.
Rask hasnt been bad as a whole, but recently he's been awful IMO

so you admit you don't watch other team's games?
then how do you know they have better bottom pairing guys than McQuaid?
to compare players from different teams wouldnt you need to at least follow other teams somewhat?

I hope this is a joke. Stuart is worse than a bag of pucks, this ain't no 08 - 09 bro.

can this team actually make a playoff run? )
Seriously, Gus played his ass off this game. Two games in a row of 40+ shots against isn't great, but at the same time winning both against good teams makes me feel pretty good...

we played like shit against the Panthers after the 4th goal…got very lucky to win that game IMO
but this game had a much more playoff like feel to it and although Tampa pressured us pretty heavily at times, we had some pretty good chances as well.
we would definitely be underdogs in a series against Tampa, but theres a chance we could upset them IMO.
hopefully we either win the division and get Philly/Detroit/Pittsburgh or finished 2nd or 3rd and get the Panthers.
I think we could beat any of those teams in a series.
