I hope soon will end boring period, called offseason. So Andris Bukss (also bukss_a) invite all to presser. Waiting questions about everything.

GCool How is your real life marathon training going?
If i would say good, it would be lies. My last training was at September 11 (i guess, then was last race), but yesterday i started preparation for new season. So i will be ready for my first marathon at summer 2018.
He will probably stay at 3rd defense pair, where he will start to save contract money. Cause he soon will hit regression and then it will be hard to fight for 3rd pair. If we talk about statistics then probably the same like S31, Bukss best seasons was with Admirals.
Nereus How have you spent your offseason?
Offseasons are boring, last interesting offseasonwas in SMJHL when Falcons managed get til finals. So now in offseason just check team Latvia in IIHF tournament.
Best hangover cure?
Last big hangover i got 8 years ago, it was my first hangover and ididnt know anything how to better get over, so i just slept. It was horrible, i felt like i have bucket on the head.
Since then i use alcohol with little limitation. When i feel that next shot will turn out the light, I just skip few shots. So i always can get through with water.
What does Bukss think about Don Pellegrino aka Jason joining the team?
Hmm.. who is he? Bukss only know teammates. Pellegrino and Bukss probably haven't played in one team. But probably great new player with big potential. Good luck kid.
How crazy is it being traded in the juniors and then in the SHL?
It was fucked up, although I understand GMs. They are interested to get rid of inactive players. So I'm not mad. If Admirals haven't traded me, then in S32 I would demand trade cause they drafted Cukurs. He is strange guy, no one from Latvian community cant understand him.

How do you think Bukss career will go over the next 3-4 seasons as he enters the end of his prime in Winnipeg?
Will see, but probably wont make big statistic. Will stay on 3rd pair. Probably Bukss wont hit the regression, so its probably 5 full seasons.
Wally So how excited are you that you have discovered that you have already been traded and don't have to share a locker room with Cukurs?
Dont know. Cukurs (iOBESE) isn't bad person, simply hard to understand him. Sometimes he get the joke, but usually he dont understand our (mine, The_Mazais, Chewbacha) jokes. Also I wont make revolution if GM couldn't meet my requirements, I just simply would wait till contract end.
In what way do you feel there is a barrier between yourself and Cukurs?
Answered already. He is to complicated, hard to understand him. For example, in the IIHF recruitment section he uses Latvian language, but when The_Mazais call to order and say that need to write PM and in forum use English language, Cukurs (iObese) says that we are toxic team.
What input would you have for Cukurs, after only being a season in and having 390+ tpe, had you not have been traded and had to share a locker room?
I wouldn't say nothing, made one demand. If GM manage to find trade good, if not, like i said, i wont protest, just wait end of contract. Admirals is the best team.

How many seasons more do you think A.Bukšs will play?
Haven't decided, but now looks like till S36, so S35 last. Three seasons have lost, so there no point try to beat regression.
What would be the achievement in SHL you would still want to achieve and what you think you won't achieve before A.Bukšs retirement?
Get cup, and get in the TOP100 SHL players.

Yes, we all are the Admirals before suspension. bukss miss also MP7 (only Europian in Admirals), GCool, JP and other guys from pre-suspension team.
Sorator How do you think your team will do this season? Do you think you have a shot at the Challenge Cup?
Hard to say, preseason games were good, even great. Jets was TOP2 team in West. But it was only preparation, so some teams didn't used their best lines. After 3 games in this season Jets perform great, i hope we could keep such performance.

Probably not. I dont like Twitter, its a big shit pit.
Describe your perfect, ideal pizza. What toppings are on it? What sauce? Thin crust, thick crust, or some special style like deep dish?
My ideal pizza.. I like pizza with very much cheese, also little bit pineapple, salami and tomato. Crust should be something between thin and thick. But definitely need to be crunchy.

Hard to say, Bukss haven't seen any Latvian kid since he started his career at SHL. But definetly could beat up some swagers.
Is there any reason to not put the rest of the TPE you earn into fighting?
Yes, Bukss want to score more goals and maybe he will be able to get into TOP100 players.
