You just said should have an adverse knowledge of the rules. Should is the choice word in that it isn't guaranteed. Being in HO doesn't abolish any onus of responsibility on the GM.

Also, adverse means make more difficult, or more relevant opposing views. Overcoming adversity, etc.

Alex' post is mostly cheap trolling and falsehoods, he's trying to make it look like the HO is planning to do nothing which is an outright lie. The HO has been talking about this for the past few days and a decision can be expected shortly, I for one partook in the discussion but will abstain from the actual vote since I'm on BUF. Let me just say though that while the screenshot is real, Alex left out a bunch of facts and evidence that are quite important to this case, so this isn't as black and white as he wants to make it look.
