The people currently in charge of the process were also subject to public opinion. Why shouldn't the person they choose to run the league be subject to the same tests?

Honestly, the people who are willing could do some sort of press conference to outline their points and answer questions and start to show some sort of transparency that way instead.

The people's opinion shouldn't be ignored on a candidate. Maybe the public should do top three candidates and let the owners decide on who to become Commish.

For one: Relaxing the rules against personal attacks, emphasis on player suspensions rather than bannings. Like any league, the SHL needs drama, shit disturbers and rivalries. I was most active when there was drama and team pride. Who amoung us who was around can forget the Las Vegas Kings Vs. Whatever team Jesster was on.

Also, I feel like we need to bring back PbP's. PbP's for big games always brought forward creativity and sparked buzz and activity towards the site.
