I'll have to check the contract changes and the HTD changes, but under the old rules being a prospect counted towards the HTD years. Don't have time right now to dig up the thread where everything was changed but I'll look into it tomorrow.

Plus let's be real this rulebook has shitty language, there's two other things I'm trying to fix right now I'll add this to the list.
