He 3 and a few months, I've been gone around half his life. He's starting to realize I leave a lot so it makes it harder, but I went through the same thing with my dad when I was a kid and I turned out alright. He'll be fine. Only another year in this job so it'll slow down after that

How does the PBP director require the trust of the community more than any other job on this website? For you Er should never ever be hired in any position or what ?

It's been more than 4 month he got punish for his mistake and he hasn't stepped out of the line again in any sim league. Fuck redemtion i guess ? Sure you can say you dont have confidence in him, but you don't even allow Er any chance to gain it back.
