If the knight gets lynched or eaten they're revealed as the knight. So everyone knows they're a good guy. Once they're revealed everyone can PM the knight freely without worrying they're a WW.

If the mayor is voted for they stop the vote and they're revealed as a good guy. As far as I know those are the only two roles that can get revealed with certainty without dying. Though with Durden's hints if the wolves eat the seer then those hints will go out as well.

A few possibilities with this PM.

1 - Teddy is truly a vanilla villager and doesn't care if Wozy finds out his role is nothing
