It is a wolf move to make yourself seem connected to someone random though - so if you die they're immediatelyunser suspicion not your wolf buds.

Wow maybe I just suck at this game,I seem to be getting alot of attention for a plain villager lol. As for slm I just feel like he isn't shifty....but then again I know nothing.

Nope - a wolf only gets the role if they receive the initial PM. Wolves can't PM and then get a response and then find out the role.
