I didn't make the trade for Kirkstone nor talk about playoffs. I was expecting us to miss. I think my one post about playoffs was in the kit suspension thread and it said, "I won't beat around the bush, anything that helps us even slightly I am behind" or something to that extent. I had very low hopes of making the playoffs. We're a young team and the roster moves were a bit mindboggling to me - even if Grape is one of my favorite people on the site.
So it's also a bit lacking to group us all together. My point wasn't that
my team was gonna make the playoffs. We weren't and I think any reasonable person knew that about halfway through the season. What I have been enjoying is Buffalo being so sure of themselves. I think most of my teammates were in the realist camp about us making the playoffs as well. Symm tried to do anything he could to get us there but it wasn't likely either way. We're just here for the Buffalo/Toronto shit talking fest.
