Why were some unassigned SMJHL players updated throughout the weeks and others not? I know I could've used the updates heading into the WJC.
Double-standard much?
Pretty sure WJC uses updates from the end of the previous season fella. It's why king is playing with us in WJC and then has unbanked and playing IIHF as well.

^What TDZ said if you created your player before the SMJHL Playoffs began you had the option to sign with a SMJHL Team and be part of their playoff run which means getting updated.

Makes sense. Moving forward, I'd suggest updating unassigned players before the IIHF tournaments. We should be rewarded for remaining active and earning TPE during the pre-draft periods. Just feels like it would be a little change designed to keep unassigned players engaged. I was honestly considering NOT being a part of the WJC only because I feared awful results from Gareth Rush with 155 TPE, instead of the 191 I've earned to this point.
