His first ballot is next season, along with Nuck, Flacko, and Clayton.

His rookie season he had 30 points, and from s23-s37 had no less than 40 points a season, including four over 50 with one at 59. In his 22 seasons, he had 4 under 30 points within the tail end of the career.

Not to crap on Nereus, who I'm not sure if his entry was the first ballot or not, but I'd think that kind of consistency is better than Nereus's one really good season in s34.

Fleming led the Jets for 6 seasons in a row, pretty consistent in his own right. Summing their career as one really good season in S34 is weak.

@ArGarBarGar .... Your sopposed to be 1 of XX members on this committee and for you to come in here a year early and foreshadow what you expect to see is rediculous. your the head of the committee right?

Also, I wont disrespect any of the 3 members inducted by comparing stats to make the case... They are all unbelieveable players truly worthy of the HOF. This post is about the process that got to this point, which did look through those stat comparisons and didnt see Nicholas Pederson as in that 3.

1. It is his first ballot.
2. He had 24 points. Just 11 shy of the 35 necessary. So he has been getting votes.
3. You could have asked me or someone else in the committee instead of getting worked up and calling us out for apparently being terrible at our jobs.

Also you will probably be disappointed by the results of next season's ballot considering there are 3-4 guys who will likely be voted ahead of him.

I know who is is eligible to be added to the list and I don't see Pedersen getting in over those who will be added next season.

I have an opinion, that isn't ridiculous.

Flacko, Kane and Nuck are all slam dunk 1st ballot HoFers with better numbers and more accolades than Pedersen. Clayton less so, but probably still more deserving than Pedersen. It's not ridiculous at all to say that he might not get in next season

Ehhhhhhh if someone like LPF is going into his first ballot year next offseason, how can you note vote for him? Of course you'd also vote for Pedersen, but someone like LPF would be ranked higher, no? If you have someone like Theo Kane in there too (not sure what his ballot situation is), then that's tough to say no. There are a bunch of reasons why others would get voted in. Everyone knows Pedersen will get in eventually, it's just a matter of when.

Pederson should know SHL handicaps you if you play for a winning organization and of he really wanted recognition he should have played for a shit team.

I read this thinking it was his last possible ballot, not first.
