Sig 1: 6/10 = 600k
Cool affect added with the Laine render to add the shadow, adds some depth to the signature. Some simple blending options added to the text to give it some more effects. I like and dislike the black added around the signature. I like it because it adds focus but dislike it because you covered the render.
Just a couple tricks to add would be to not darken the render in order to make it pop. Add some lighting for some focus and also, add a little bit of stock work

Sig 2: 5/10 = 500k
I see you added some little effects on the sig to try and blend it in trogether, a filter to be exact. It works but dont apply it over the whole sig. Erase it a little over the render so it makes us draw our attention there. The text is a little in the middle of nowhere and also hard to read.
Also, you used the same background for both signatures?
