When I applied for Lethbridge GM, I had a plan in place for the management team and that involved me bringing in Kylrad for the first year.  Lethbridge wasn't in a great state and I was a little rusty management wise, so I wanted someone experienced to work along side with me to help bring the Lions to prominence.  Kyl did everything I asked of him and I'm really grateful that he took on the challenge.  Between the late night sims, lines chats and schemes, I'm glad I finally got the chance to GM with one of my closest friends on the site.

That being said, the SMJHL is a developmental league not only for prospects but also for management and I wouldn't be doing my job if I wasn't helping to bring in the new era of SHL management.  So following along the lines of our original plan, Kyl will be stepping back into more of an advisory role.  

The new Co-GM is someone that I’ve already seen working in a management role and he’s been ready for over a season.  His work ethic is outstanding and I look forward to seeing what he can do with upcoming reddit draft.  I wanted someone who’s super active in the LR and he’s also genuinely a great guy.
