Question Regarding SMJHL Eligibility
#1

So... according to Rule Book Section C, Subsection 2:

A player who is signed by an SHL team may be sent down to the junior team which owns his/her rights, provided they have less than or equal to 350 applied TPE and are within 5 seasons from their creation (see: II.A.1-5 in the SMJHL Rulebook)

Also, according to Rule Book Section C, Subsection 6:

A player may not redistribute previously-applied TPE to the bank to meet the 350 TPE cap

Pretty clear to me.

BUT according to Section D, Subsection 5:
A player may unretire up to 7 days after they retire . . . If a player unretires within the 7-day window, they will lose 15% of their total TPE upon unretiring.

So my question is... technically you are losing TPE and not redistributing to your bank if you retire/unretire.  Using me as a COMPLETELY RANDOM EXAMPLE, I'm at 896 TPE.... so if I retire and unretire within 7 days six times I will be sitting at 334 TPE.  I will also have 1 more season of my 5 season SMJHL eligibility left.  Can I do this and be sent down to the SMJHL?

Also if yes, another completely random question, @MCP_ would you trade my rights back to Halifax  Angel

Afaik technically yes since you are still in the 5 year window since creation but you would need to go through waivers.

I didn't see anything in the rules regarding send-down eligibility tied to games played, only TPE.  Players have to have played 15 SHL games or less to qualify as a SHL rookie, but I see nothing saying non-SHL rookies may not be sent down if they qualify for the TPE level.

Unless I'm missing it?
