Hot po-take-to:  Craig came back to the rink today, Potato in tow, hoping for a breakout game.  While Finley kept a death grip on The Potato the Rage came out to an early lead and brought it to 2-0 early in the second period.  Although Finley wasn't even on the ice for either of the goals, he came had a sense of accomplishment thinking his hold of The Potato would keep the Rage going strong.   However, mid-way through the second period Tony Pepperoni stole a faceoff from Reginald Rove in the Rage zone so Craig had to hit Tony to clear the puck.  Way to take one for the team Finley!

Hot po-take-to:  With Edmonton's latest addition to the roster, Tony Pepperoni was hoping to turn the tide of the game.  Down 2-0 they tried a few offensive pushes but gained little traction.   The Pepperoni dished out some serious heat in the early 3rd period, but with no sauce.   After giving up the biscuit in their own zone, Tony smashes into Reginald MacIntyre and The Potato finds a new home.

Hot po-take-to:  With The Potato back in Rage possession things begin to fall back in place for Manhattan.   Craig Finley's anxiety is back under control and Reginald MacIntyre finds Jakub Novak open in the slot where he buries home the death blow to the Blizzard.   The Rage is going home again with another The Potato and another W on the books.   With this sort of luck JayWhy may never allow a hit again.  However, this is the first of a home-and-home series so they'll be seeing each other again tomorrow.
