This Swedish center from the S25 draft class played 999 games in his 20 year career scoring over 700 points. Jonathan also racked up almost 1900 career hits and 243 blocked shots in his time in the SHL. On impressive stat that is typically left out of these discussions is how much time they spend in the sin bin, but that tells you a lot about how aggressive the player was on the ice. Jonathan was no stranger to the penalty box racking up over 1000 minutes (over a minute per game) of penalty time. In his best season for Seattle, Jonathan scored 17 goals and added and additional 34 assists for a total of 51 points. During his 20 year tenure, Jonathan lifted the Challenge Cup three times in S30, S31, and S39. In the S39 playoff run, he scored 17 points in his teams 15 playoff games.

And with the induction of our final player for the S49 Class we have completed the HOF ceremony. Congrats to all of the inductees this season. Remember to tune into the SHL Draft on Sunday at 2pm EST. Best of luck to everyone in their next season of play at whatever level they are at, and good luck to all of those who will be on next years ballots.

Congratulations to an awesome player and amazing member. Very happy for you, EJ Heart Cheers

Also, to my boy Rich, I have always greatly admired Lundberg the player. A power forward in every sense of the term and force of nature. It helps that you’re a cool, mellow, excellent person.

Love you both, congrats again
