As Prince Devitt looks to join the Calgary Dragons on their dominate playoff run so far with fellow BDC member Atlas Rush of the Halifax Raiders. New TSN Member and SHL Analyst as well 4 time Challenge Cup Champion CrossFit Jesus sits down to talk with about his time with Kelowna Knights and what he looks forward to in his future with the Calgary Dragons.

CF: Thanks for me joining Prince Devitt and taking time out of your busy schedule to sit with me and talk about your career at this point of time.

PD: Thanks for having me CrossFit to my express my views on the league and let me tell my story of how my SMJHL Career played out.

CF: Well first let's talk about your SMJHL Career, after a slow start to your SMJHL Career only racking up 13 points in 50 games. A lot of people questioned your age as your were coming to league at an age where most players are out of their prime. Was it a challenge for you to adjust to the league considering you had no prior experience in hockey before?

PD: Well you nailed that one on the button that's for sure. Playing Hockey is a very different animal physicality wise to Professional Wrestling. I would say nagging injuries was also a factor but it was more learning the fundamentals and the ins and out of the game was the most important part. Also being a defensive defencemen and being one of my strengths being Checking it takes wear and tear on the body. But as my SMJHL Career went along the more a settle in and I was able to use more of my intangibles to help me out on the ice.

CF: In your three seasons with the Knights, you made the Four Star Cup Finals once but weren't able to finish the job. And this season were you ousted by my Junior team in the St.Louis ScareCrows. Does it sting a little that you will the SMJHL without SMJHL Gold?

PD: It's tough knowing that I couldn't help the Knights get pass the first round against your ScareCrows but I enjoyed the ride that we had in the playoffs in my three seasons with the Knights, we built a great team those three teams and we were really close last season to winning at all, unfortunately we were little short against the Militia now the Kraken in those Four Star Cup Finals.

CF: Now moving along things forward with the Dragons Bullet Club, being in a faction that was storied in the late S30's and the early S40's in the SHL Shield. How did this come about and many people of the media including myself are wondering if you're the leader of the Dragons Bullet Club?

PD: Well there's no definitive leader of the Dragons Bullet Club, I am the one who came up with the idea. But the Dragons Bullet Club has no definitive leader just like how the SHL Shield didn't now definitive leader. It was just three guys working toward a common goal which is to dominate and become the best and win the Challenge Cup. I know you would've wanted The Lunatic Fringe Luke Fleming to be there when you and The Big Dawg won the Challenge Cup, and we're looking forward to win the this current iteration of the Dragons Bullet Club.

CF: Have you been scouring the talent pools that entering the SMJHL Draft?

PD: Well Kenny Creller has been doing well in our Young Lions Program that we have with the Dragons Bullet Club, and we really want to get him if he does fall to us in the draft so that he can become a full time member of the Dragons Bullet Club Member. But no I haven't been able to considering how busy the season is. I'm hoping after the Challenge Cup Finals I'll be able to look at the Prospect Pool and see who will be able to come into the Young Lions Program.

CF: Now going off topic to hockey, how's your off ice life been? Obviously coming from Ireland to Canada, totally different country, weather etc. How's the adjustment been?

PD: Well Kelowna is very similiar to Bray Country in Ireland in that it's a small town and a great town where the community is close knit and support their own. And I felt the same atmosphere so I didn't really feel homesick as more players from Europe feel when coming over to North America and the first few months are horrible in where players after the season, leave and go back to Europe to play hockey there for their rest of the careers. I don't plan on doing that and now moving to Calgary after the Challenge Cup Playoffs over to be a full time member of the Calgary Dragons. I can honestly can't wait to see the city of Calgary and Canada being a country of multiculturalism, I can't wait to see if they have some Irish spots that I can visit.

CF: We've also been hearing a lot of rumors with you being linked with a lot of famous women and models. Do you have anything to comment about this?

PD: Well you'll know straight from the source if that ever becomes a reality. And don't bring up the events that happened at 50th Anniversary Gala, that was just a one off situation and I was very drunk.

CF: Now lastly, do you have anything to say to the fans of the Kelowna Knights and the fans of the Calgary Dragons on the directions that you'll be heading.

PD: First off, I'd like to thank the Organization and Management of the Kelowna Knights @NJBadApple @Noble @Katth @Zoone16. I'm glad to announce that'll be working with them in the future as an advisor to team while handle my playing duties in Calgary. And also my teammates as I wouldn't have become the player without their help on the ice and their friendship of the ice as I hope to keep in touch with the members of the team moving forward. And lastly I'd like to thank the fans of Kelowna for being there and helping me out adjust to North America and showing me what Canadians are all about. Hopefully me playing for Ireland during the Worlds doesn't change your opinion of me. And lastly, for the fans of the Calgary, I look forward to entertaining for years to come.

CF: Thank you Devitt for this interview, as our people at TSN would like to thank you for choosing us to have an exclusive interview with us.

PD: The pleasure is all mine. Dragons Bullet Club 44444444 Lyfe.
