Nolan McMahon could not claim Training last week because his GFX's were not graded. Is there a way for him (me) to claim for last week? I feel as though because of the graders not grading in time, I shouldn't be out 5 TPE.

Graders will usually be reprimanded for not doing their duties, but it's head offices call, not mine.
