Nick would handle a quarantine at home like the old British World War II saying and stale meme: Keep Calm and Carry On. No sense panicking and overreacting, just go about your daily business and have faith that things will get better soon.
The workout routine and physique can be easy enough to keep: some fitness gurus out there insist that push-ups/sit-ups/basic stuff like that can make for an acceptable workout routine, and Nick Brain's sponsors at Shane Banks Training were kind enough to send him some weights a while back. Plus Nick Brain got a subscription going to DDP Yoga in the offseason, and cleared out a spare bedroom for use in his routines.
For leisure time, Nick's an avid video gamer anyways, particularly in Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Ultra Street Fighter IV, so hes got that covered. For food, Nick is decent enough at vaguely copying good Gordon Ramsay recipes and turning them into delicious food. So long as there are groceries to buy, Nick would be more than capable of functioning without starving.
The entire world is on a lockdown. Parks are empty, streets are barren, toilet paper is non existent. Times like these can drive people insane with boredom and isolation. I've been rewatching some of my favorite shows (trailer park boys) and movies, (Back to the Future) replaying some of my favorite games, (Banjo Kazooie) and reading some great Stephen King literature. I've been spending more time with my family and dominating at the original 3 Mario Party games on the N64. Monopoly has pushed some of us to near enraged madness. As for how I have been keeping my hockey skills going, my basement has become my personal hockey training room, one corner is used for weights, one for agility training, and the rest is a mini shooting range. I am hopeful I will be able to last through this thing but everyone needs to be smart, safe, and away from large groups of people. Good luck to everybody!
For Philipp Winter, quarantine and social distancing proved to be a "Grass is always greener on the other side" situation, as for so many others. In the hectic life of a hockey player with a family, he cherished the few moments or even days that he could spend at home, without anything to do or the obligation to go out and live life to the fullest. Just spending some quality time with your kids, cooking a nice meal and playing a video game or two would make for a fantastic day... But now that life is completely limited to staying at home, to nonstop spending time with your kids and almost too much time for video games, suddenly all he wants to do is go outside, see friends and family, take a walk in the park or, hell, even go shopping in the city, something he always loathed. I guess Philipp is one of those people who always wants what he can't have.

Written task (150 words min.): How would your player handle a quarantine-at-home situation? Focus on any aspect you would like, including: what would your player do to fill the time? Would they be feeling lonely, picking up new hobbies, sexting old exes, helping out those in need? Would they be able to stay in game shape for when the season eventually begins?
To be completely honest, I don't know how it's possible to stay completely sane with this self-isolation situation that was brought upon us. I am thankful that I have a pretty big house so I'm able to move around the house and do some exercises. I think the most important thing that I'm going to do is stay active and workout. The coaching staff and ownership wouldn't be happy with me if I came back to the rink overweight and out of shape. I think loneliness would definitely start to creep in and I would need to start finding some new hobbies to keep my player occupied. I will obviously be playing video games with some friends and that should easily make up for a couple hours. Since social distancing is going to be a thing now, I am contemplating whether or not I should order a food program to keep me healthy since I usually don't cook during the season.
Well right now I am taking the time to work out at my home gym when I can while keeping myself busy both in mind and body when I'm not exercising. A lot of work has been done in my apartment now that I'm finally getting settled into life being spent both in Anchorage and Calgary. I've found that stress seems to melt away when I watch nature and science documentaries which has beeen quite pleasant I must say. Beyond that I've also taken the time to play quite a lot of video games too. I've spent a lot of time in Stellaris as of late playing a Machine Empire Determined Exterminators reaping the galaxy of organics! It's been a fun albeit lonesome quarantine as of late, but with proper hand washing and social distancing in place it has been at least safe for me thus far.

Anders is really comfortable with spending a lot of time by himself. He stated doing solo trips around Europe when he was 18 that made him realize how he didn’t need to be surrounded by other people to be happy. Being alone and not being able to go out is a different situation, because he won’t have the adventurous feeling he gets when he travels and explore places where he has never been before. Fortunately, Anders also has a lot of hobbies that can be done inside. He loves to watch movies and television series and with the amount of content that has been created since cameras became a thing, Anders always has something waiting in his backlog for him to see. Anders is also a big fan of video games. He mostly likes games where he follows along a character’s journey in an open world setting where the possibility are endless.
Simon LeBlanc would probably be fine with self-isolating. He never was a really extroverted type of person, so being alone is totally something he would be fine with. LeBlanc is going to catch up on all the things he did not have time to do before, like watching Game of Thrones, since he never watched it. He would also probably start playing more video games, since normally he doesn't have enough time because of all the practices he has. But, LeBlanc still has to stay in shape, because next season is still coming very soon and he wants to step up his game, entering now his third season in the league. So, LeBlanc worked out to stay in shape and went to the rink a couple times to avoid getting rusty. Simon also played a lot with his friend, his puppy named Jeff. He recently got him and gave him all the attention he could while he was with him. They went on many walks and they played in the park many times.
Elijah Jones has been training hard this off-season and looks like he’s going to roll into the regular season ready to go. His conditioning is the best its ever been. He’s hoping to get off to a quick start. Lately, training has been kept to the home gym because of the prevailing circumstances. Jones has been focusing on getting his cardio up and trying to become as quick as possible on the ice. He wants to zig past defenders and zag to the net. Strength training has been a focus. Last season, Jones was getting a bit frustrated when a stronger player would overpower him. He’s added a bit of muscle to protect himself better when he finds himself in the corners. The potential consequences of injuries is far too risky for Jones to not take preventative action. It’s all about training hard, playing smart and hard. He’s about at fighting weight, ready to go for the upcoming season.

Guy Zheng has picked up the habit of sexting his teammates, but in a non-sexual manner. Just boys being boys, and since all the bros miss each other so much they've got to show some intimacy in some manner. In the case of the New England Wolfpack, this comes in the form of sharing their own nudes and photos of themselves in various lewd positions around their houses. As an example, Eko van Otter sent out a team-wide sext last night with a picture of his wet, moist, slippery, bare torso, with the caption "cumventure". Dicky Claps responded with a selfie of himself, one hand over his junk but otherwise naked, doing a slav squat in front of his fireplace, with the caption "Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Thanks for the motivation." If that's not the ideal team bonding activity in the face of quarantine, I'm not sure what is.

Dick Clapper during his time in isolation has been working on elevating his TikTok game. Starting off as a brand new user, he's been spending his time hopping on all the new trends, getting his friends to like his posts and even sharing it on all of their socials. He's been learning the ropes, and picking up the iconic dances pretty easily and although he's not a really hot young adult girl, he still fucks.
Aside from his newfound artistic extracurriculars, he's also been putting a lot of time in his gym. Thankful, for having a gym set-up at home, even if it's only a small one. It definitely helps pass the day, and stops him from leaving his condo all frail. Exercise is important for physical health, but even more so for mental health, and mental health is key for the mind and the body.
Basically mental health is underrated.

As with all the quarantines the big thing for Axel is to stay inside his small apartment in St. Louis. He'll house hunt for awhile, but with small pay he receives from the bum Toronto GM Robert Lokitonov, he realizes that he can't afford to live in the glitzier areas of St. Louis or Toronto and he'll give up on that after a few hours of looking. After that, he'll play some SHL 53 with his teammates from Toronto and St. Louis to help build that chemistry you need to build as the season is coming close. After all that, he would play some riveting Franchise Hockey Manager 6! Such a great game with so much depth to it, and the devs even include the little known leagues like the NHL! The detail to look past the global leader in hockey with the SHL is really what makes it such a steal for only $40 USD! #AD

Brennan Kennedy Jr would not take a quarentine very well. He craves human interaction and with his lifestyle of hard drugs and loose women, he needs a steady supply of bot hreadily available. Luckily for him, his bank account is among one of the larger in the league, so he is able to stock up on the essentials(booze and drugs, not food and toilet paper you heathens). As well as lining up a few women that are willing to keep themselves away from interaction with other people besides his self. Well this is not an ideal situation for him, Kennedy Jr would try and make the best of this shitty situation. He may come out of this isolation with a very largely inflamed liver and not able to breathe through his nose, but one things for sure. He would be walking out of his house once this is all over with, with the largest smile on his face anyone has ever seen,

In Winnipeg, Jets teammates Goku Muerto and Ignatius Blunt have been under self-quarantine in their apartment. They have been spending their time playing video games, eating delivery from their favorite Vietnamese Pho place, and smoking copious amounts of weed. Blunt's favorite games are Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart, while Muerto plays EASHL and Skyrim. This is all punctuated by taking naps whenever they feel like it and also watching a lot of news about the virus and betting on how many deaths each day will bring. They are cruel, heartless, selfish people and the Jets are very ashamed of them. They are getting fat and out of shape and when the players are finally allowed to get back on the ice they will probably weigh 300 pounds each, or whatever that is in kilograms since Canada is metric. Either way, this lockdown does not bode well for their futures or for their life expectancy.
Lyle has been taking this quarantine one day at a time. Like most in New Orleans, he is going very cautious and has been practicing social distancing every time he is out in the public. The Odelein hockey facility that Lyle's grandfather started when Lyle was drafted to New Orleans has closed their doors in attempts to try and curb the spread of the virus. Lyle has still been going to the rink, but is skating by himself and working out by himself. Lyle is somewhat of a lone wolf, so being alone isn't the end of the world for him. He is donating as much he can to the local New Orleans hospitals, he is quoting as saying 'they are our front line defenders. We all need to support them as much as possible. I can't thank them enough for everything they are doing. If you know a health care worker, or see one on the street, please tell them how much you appreciate what they are doing to protect all of us. They are all real life super heroes.'.
Coming from a country that has experienced a lot of tragedy in the current quarantine, Luca Del Vecchio has learned to have a stocked pantry and freezer is essential, regardless of the situation. In this case, it’s dry storage and canned food. Basically, the non-perishables are priority. The other important aspect is to have enough distractions around oneself to not go crazy during a quarantine. To this end, Luca has his own small personal gym inside his large apartment. A large television with a PlayStation as well as a good computer and a shelf of books to continue improving his English.
All this preparedness for a quarantine is good and all, but most importantly there is one thing that cannot be planned ahead for, and that is the social distancing part. Living alone is already tough and being alone is going to be tougher on the mental health of any person when it goes on for this long.
