Hello all this is Stan Savern taking a look at whats going on early this season for our beloved barracudas of Tampa Bay. although off to an 0-4 start not all is negative the barracuda have actually out shot some of there competition which is in stark contrast to the pre season last game they out shot Minnesota 32-22 and against new Orleans it was damn close you can say they are snake bitten but they also are a young team with a lot of new components making there way into the lineup. With 3 s 50 draftees the first being JAMES RONLAIN at 766 tpe James is a natural goal scorer with some defensive ability that is highly underrated look for James to start burying the biscuit as the season continues he should finish the season on the 2nd line and be a future franchise player. next is TOM RIP THE BONG FIDDLER with 758 tpe and an s50 draftee fiddler is a solid two way center who should be leaned on in the future for big match ups and face offs with the game on the line a true jack of all trades is Fiddler. Lastly is Michael Fitted at 739 tpe Fitted is a Play maker whos sole concern is setting teammates up as a center he looks to play second fiddle to fiddler for years to come in Tampa. despite the 0-4 start and these 3 rookies tampa has some rather under the radar stars as well who haven't hit regression yet these players hope there s50 counterparts continue to devlop with them first up is center and leader of the team Matt Kholin a former S48 All Rookie Team selection and a player who really racked up the awards in juniors with the following S47 Roberto Martucci Award Winner, S47 Ideen Fallah Award Winner, S47 Brandon Holmes Award Winner the list goes on for this 1520 tpe earner and heart and soul of the tampa lineup. next up and shotgun rider to Kholin is Gunnar Söderberg 1226 tpe a strong skating sniper that Tampa will look to for big goals for years to come an s47 player who still has yet to hit there full potential with 3 more seasons of development Gunnar will be crucial to Tampa's success. next up is s46's own Nikolai Evans and you cant spell consistency without Evans a true definition in terms of no weakness to his game is Evans a stalwart on defense that can bury the biscuit and set you up as well look for Evans for defender of the year. the next s46 player we look at is Olivier Cloutier a through breed sniper who may be the best skater in the shl with the moves to match Olivier Cloutier is Kholins right hand on the first time you miss these two on a give and go and it could be goodnight for your team. Anthony Archer TPE: 888 is a slick playmaking winger from s49 who adds to this collection of non regression players Archer should grow into a top player on the team in a few years and being joined by the trifecta of s50 players adds a fourth young gun to this rising squad. Jøln DuBølk TPE: 1103 is a solid pass first defencemen who is near regression but for now has two more seasons of devlopment until that evil regression hits back until then John will man the blue line with stevens and Evans as the main guys back there until super star prospect Amabacas Cuddles arrives on the scene he was this seasons number 2 overall pick. Lastly we have Sean Stevenson Jr. TPE: 1105 and old dman whos best days are behind him but is still hanging on hoping to squeeze out a few more seasons. Did i say last i was wrong next up the man behind the cage the old hound dog Benjamin Blue TPE: 1201 while bens best days are certainly behind him watch for this old dog to keep strong in the net

ON THE FARM
Ambacas Cuddles s53- 403 tpe
should honestly be a 2000 tpe defender before its all said and done a true competitor with all the potential in the world look out once cuddles arrives on the scene in 2-3 years

Valentin Kalashnikov s53 -376 tpe
another lock down defencemen just what the doctor ordered here in Tampa if these two develop and get to Tampa with maybe one more like them this team will scare a lot of opponents you heard it here first Tampa will be a prime contender by s 56.

S52 Ulrik Bergstrom TPE: 415

Another good looking blueline prospect who excels in the breakout and transition game another fine defender to add to a good looking dark system that has 3 very good earning potential tpe wise as long as Ulrik continues to play as he has look for him the breakthrough to Tampa along with cuddles and Valentine.

S 53 Erik Johansson TPE : 222
More help on the blueline here in Johansson who's more of a fringe prospect compared to the other 3 we have already highlighted not sure when or if he will make it to the show but if he develops along with the others tampa may have one the best back ends in the shl.

S53 Jerry Huuveri TPE: 334 goaltender is a area of concern moving foreward for the Cudas and look no further than here for the answer in the long term Jerry will backstop this team in my opinion for many years to come a solid netminder with ice running through his veins he will be the long term solution to the cudas netminding problem.

S53Frederick Wanesly TPE: 362

And finnaly a well rounded foreward who seems to have no weakness to his young game fred is the only viable prospect left in the system at foreward and he seems well on his way to being a regular in the cuda lineup look for this guy the break through by s56!
