Of all of his teammates, Charlie Schieck has to be the most particular about how his stick is taped. While it may not be the best to mess with the defenders sticks based on the tear he is on, doing it for practice is a little harmless fun. In order to mess with these tape jobs, Brogen had to break in in order to get access to Schieck's tape. Now being so particular about his tape job mean that there had to be very specific tape that could be be blemished in any way. In order to really mess with Schieck, Brogen went to the arena at night and went through everybody's equipment backs, and the entire equipment room in order to mark the tape up so that it would be unnaceptable to the discerning Schieck. A sharpie, and a couple hours later and all the tape had a line running down the center of it, causing it to be just different enough to rattle his teammate

For American tradition of April Fools, Jakob Hamr decided to pull prank on teammate from Lethbridge, Newfoundland, and now New Orleans. Thomas Vanice has been a partner on an off the ice of Hamr since he began in the SHL. But tradition dictates that practical jokes get played on friends closest to us. Jakob watched old comedic hockey movies to find ideas, and found old classic prank of putting itching powder all over their friend’s equipment. Jakob hunted down one of the few open joke shops left in America, really the only place to find itching powder these days, and snuck it into the locker room. Once Vanice left the room, Jakob sprinkled the powder all over his pads and equipment. When he put it on he started itching like crazy. Was very funny. Unbeknownst to Jakob, Jimmy Slothface had also played a prank on Thomas, placing tape on his and Jakob’s skates so they would trip on the ice. Jakob was able to catch himself and prevent serious injury, but Thomas’ hands were busy scratching away the itching powder, and Jimmy and I are both in big trouble because of the injury.

Cain decided to pull a prank on old friend Nic Williams. First, he went to his house late at night. While Nic was sleeping, he just watched him for a couple hours. He popped a camera in the toilet bowl and headed to the fridge. He replaced the orange juice with live bees, and opened the butter and put some bees in there too. He then went out to the garage, opened the gas cover on his car and put some bees in there. He went back to the toilet bowl with the camera in it and put some bees in there too. Feeling like something was missing, he came up with an idea. He opened his sock drawer, moving the horse dildo carefully and putting some bees in there. One final touch was pulling an old tub of butter out of the garbage can, writing "NO BEES IN HERE" and putting it in the fridge. He didn't put any bees in there.

Jagger Fouquette has really been sick of Skao Anazibf being so smug around the locker room. He's always talking trash, as if he didn't get carried in juniors by the vastly superior player. My prank? Skao is well-known for not having the ability to grow a beard due to his weak testoterone levels. Jagger Fouquette, being a true man's man, has to shave every part of his body due to a genetic disability where he's just too strong and too masculine for his own good. Therefore, Fouquette has a large surplus of shaving cream, and he will be making fun of puny, baby smooth Anazibf by dispensing a large amount of shaving cream in his locker, adding as a sort of cherry on top a picture of Jagger Fouquette buck naked, to remind Anazibf that he will never be as naturally attractive and sexually adept as the Jaggermeister himself, the king of all kings.

For April fools Anaheim Outlaws GM and ex SHLer Brandon Donini decided to pull a prank on his team by faking a blockbuster trade involving star goalie Strom Chamberlain. Chamberlain who had spent the first week of the season recovering from a hand injury had recently expressed his desire to never be traded from Anaheim. Donini got in contact with his old friend, Newfoundland Berserkers GM Jordan Nugent-Hall, and the two planned out a big blockbuster trade that would send Chamberlain and a second round pick to Newfoundland in exchange for Jukka Timonen and Matei Stevlaco. Donini used his contacts in the media to get the fake trade leaked on Twitter to make it seem as real as possible. It got to the point where he thought it was too real as Chamberlain stormed out of his office when he called him in it to explain the april fool's prank, saying he wouldn't play for Anaheim again but it turns out Chamberlain just wanted to have an april fool's prank of his own.

This April Fool's Day I pulled off a prank on my GM. I know, I know, it must be a pretty original prank, but while having a conversation with him I started to realize that he did not know what day it was. He was talking about his stresses about other things he found out that day that I knew were not true at all, so I thought I'd plant another bomb in his brain. I requested a trade out of Calgary. I made up a bunch of stuff about how I did not feel favoured, and I felt like I was targeted by my teammates and coach on certain decisions on the ice, and he ate it all up. I said that I do not think that the Calgary Dragons appreciate me like another team would, and in fact, if I did not receive a huge raise by next season, I'm gone. I committed to being totally inactive in the practice facilities at the arena, among other things. My team flipped out, but my teammates were laughing as they definitely remembered it was April Fool's!

There was another thing though, and it was when I went to a teammate's place for dinner. I acted like I hated chicken parms!!

Oliver Cleary is for sure one of the biggest jokers on the Los Angeles Panthers. Throughout the season, Cleary will pull many different jokes on the team. Sometimes it might be as small as putting an object or something like whipped cream in a skate. Sometimes it might be much bigger, like moving furniture in a teammate's hotel room. For April Fools 2020 though, Oliver Cleary decided that he would be completely clean and play zero pranks all day. This to him would be the prank. If he were to not do anything all day, he would put his entire team on edge and make them start to look over the shoulder expecting something huge. So in fact, Cleary was making the team prank themselves without them realizing. The plan went amazingly. Multiple unnamed teammates left the practice arena early thinking Cleary had something planned. During warmups before the game, teammates would do their best to avoid Cleary. Cleary did nothing but still managed to pull out an epic prank.

I pulled greatest April Fools Day prank ever on Coach Kylrad. Coach Kylrad has a treasured mug of coffee every morning otherwise he will be very upset and will not talk to us other than to tell us to bag skate for two hours that practice. For April Fools, I had the brilliant idea to replace his treasured mug of coffee with a treasured mug of decaf coffee. He was none the wiser because the taste difference was very subtle and he had his taste buds sheared off anyways in an unfortunate woodworking incident. For the rest of the day, he was very tired and fatigued. He was confused because he had his coffee. He thought he had the corona. He went and got tested and while at the hospital got the corona. The league had to stop and Martijn got to go home and pursue his true love of going pro in e-sports. April Fools will never be the same.

Luke isn’t much of a prankster in the locker room- he usually stays focused on the game and fights anyone that fools around. While he does usually stay laser focused that does not mean he doesn’t mess with his teammates in the locker room from time to time. @Mutedfaith And @JMacNCheese Are generally the guys that slap people in the ass with towels while they get changed, but that isn’t really Luke’s style. One time before a high school game Luke took one of his line mates gear and stuffed it into a locker outside of our specific locker room. A few of the other players were in on it in helping ensure he wouldn’t find it until he about reached a breaking point. It was close to game time and the guy looked like he was seconds from exploding out of frustration and curiosity so Luke gave in and told him where his stuff was. He expectedly did not pass the puck to Luke at all the entire game. It really didn’t matter much though because luke ended up getting a hat trick anyway.

Commander Shepard was never much of a prankster. He tends to be a quiet guy who is quite passive. All this means is that it’s a great setup for a prank as no one on the team will expect it. On April 1st before the Jets game Shepard was his usual self focused, and picturing the game beforehand in his head. The game went on as usual with Shepard's normal defensive game. But about half way through the 2nd period Shepard stood up on the bench and randomly said “THE CITADEL IS CALLING ME I MUST LEAVE NOW!” he then sprinted off the bench and into the locker room. His teammates were in shock. They always knew he was a space marine from the future but never anticipated him being called back into service. But much to their amusement he came back right as the commercial break ended and everyone in the arena and on both benches had a good laugh.

Recorded phone conversation between GB IIHF Fed Head Larry Foulke and NE Wolfpack Defenseman Guy Zheng

Larry: Hey Guy, how are you doing?

Guy: Hey boss, not too bad, at my hotel room after settling back into playing back in my usual position. Just what I needed before I head back to Boston.

Larry: Yeah, that's great to hear, but right now, I have some news for you.

Guy: Huh? What is it?

Larry: See, the German government just called me regarding giving the UK the rule of Baveria for your services, and under the call from the government, I have no option but to accept this trade offer.

Guy: Stunned silence.

Larry: Yeah. Right now, this is in secret, but will be announced soon. So before this, I arranged for the guys to give you a send off. Meet me and the boys in ice rink tomorrow.

Guy: Alright then.....its been great winning gold with you. Thanks, coach.

Larry: Its been an honor.

Cut to next morning

Guy enters the building and pads up, however, just before entering the rink, he recieves a face full of pie, before the lights come on and the whole GB team suprises him with Rick Astley and a banner with "APRIL FOOLS, GUY"

Guy: .................you know, I will find a way to get you all for this

Larry: Yo buddy, had your fill

Rest of the session was just Larry skating away from the wrath of Guy, laughing merrily whilst doing so.

This year for April Fools, Guy Zheng pranked all of his teammates by sending them nude photos of himself. The pictures were in a whole bunch of different positions and angles, all with captions that were something along the lines of "haha it's just a prank bro" or "happy april fools bro haha". It's a good thing Guy has the sort of relationship with his teammates that is conducive to these kinds of pranks, otherwise it would get real awkward real quick in the locker room. Instead, the whole team just have a laugh together, while shiftily looking at each other in the eyes to try to sus out if anyone in the group isn't joking. However, everyone plays along and no one spoils the fact that actually no one in the locker room is joking, and that they are all just playing out their sexual fantasies in which every one of their homies is sending out nude photos of themselves to their teammates while acting as if it's a joke.
