I get it.

It's literally the worst feeling one can go through on the site. Head Office can't win either, because if they do it on a case by case basis (which they should), they get screamed at for needing to be uniform in their punishments and people choke on their words before they can properly say "Precedent". But if they follow the rules to the letter, they get screamed at for not coming down softer on weaker scenarios.
