The New Orleans Specters will be hosting a Go To A Game With A Ghost night as a way to get people to games and battle COVID. You will be seated next to "ghosts" in the seats around you so you can practice social distancing. It may be a rough year for the Specters so it is less people to boo too.

As a promotion for the Calgary Dragons we will be giving away face masks that have an image of a vagina on them, the interesting thing about these masks will be that they have a flap that when lifted will reveal your lips, making it easier to consume large soda's and other diabetic snacks sold at the snack bar. This should increase sales and increase libidos, its dual purpose. You're welcome.
The Winnipeg Jets will be giving away a fully functional (some assembly may be required) CF-188 Hornet jet to one lucky fan who buys a 50/50 raffle ticket during the home opener game! The Canadian Forces are retiring some jets that no longer meet military requirements for flight hours, but this doesn't mean that the full life of the jet has been expended. These older jets can still be used as a personal plane, and represent the very best of 80's era warfighting technology!

To celebrate a new season Nevada Battleborn will be organizing a promotional night where every fan gets a trucker hat that has a ram on it. Could sound a bit boring to some maybe, but those hats look great and they are high quality.

I think For Nevada they should be giving away chips to the local casino's. Nothing brings people to games like gambling. I also think they could do poker themed nights where food is served on casino chip themed trays or playing card theme trays

I bet you can't wait for the Buffalo Stampede "FIRST DOWN" event this season! In a bid to remain true to their Stampede name the first person from the gates opening to sit in their seat wins a season of free beer at the stadium. Let the stampede begin!

Two lucky ticket holders will suit up in Rollie Pollie inflated Ram suits and be bungee slid the length of the ice into oversized inflatable mascots of every other SMJHL team. Get a strike (knock them all down) the Ram wins .....TWO HiRoller level season tickets and TWO nights at “Planet Hollywood” Hotel Casino AND a Battleborn wrapped wide body Hellcat Dodge Challenger ...Hit the Hemi Roar sound effect. The Hamilton Steelhawks will be doing something a little bit different this season at their home opener. Hamilton has been getting a lot of media attention for the free agent signings and trades they completed during this past off season. However, there are players on the team who put in a lot of work that generally go unnoticed. In order to shine a light on these guys and the work they put in, they will each have a night dedicated to them this season. These are some that are planned for the current season:
Samuel Michaud night - The first 1000 people to arrive at the game will receive a dozen apricots to take home with them @
golden_apricot
Robert Phelps night - The first 1000 people to arrive at the game will receive a walker or a cane (customer's choice) @
DrunkenTeddy
Dale Miller night - The first 1000 children to arrive at the game will receive a measuring tape and a marker to note how tall they are and to keep track of their growth spurts (hopefully) @
dmills3
A Jobin night - The first 1000 people to arrive at the game will be given a coupon for one free cake at any of the arena's concession stands @"Awesomecakes"

Just Monika
for promo night the jets are going to do something neat with a jet. it's a little squishy jet. you can collect them or throw them on the ice when someone scores. it's cute, like a bunch of little plane crashes all at once. wait maybe that's not a good idea
In St. Louis, on the night of the Scarecrow's first SMJHL game, fans who are safely tuning in from home while social distancing can sign in with a free promo code which allows 20% off a game-night SkiptheDishes/Doordash meal, from select participating restaurants partnered with the St. Louis Scarecrows. Each order done this way also gets a free Hayes plushie toy, that when squeezed makes Scarecrow Noises!
Thank you to Ham and Sulo for the sigs!

Describe some sort of promotional night (like a theme or a giveaway) that a specific SHL or SMJHL franchise should utilize this season to jack up ticket sales and increase fan excitement.
A promotional night idea for the Winnipeg Jets should be the first 5k people that show up to a home game get tickets to go watch a jets show at the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. It's something that I've been able to see before and I'm sure a lot of people would love to see it as well.

The San Francisco Pride are getting very creative to energize the fan base in what is expected to be a down, rebuilding season. For their opening game, they are pulling one lucky contestant from their registered Twitch Subscribers to decide what line will start the second period! Unfortunately, after the first 10 subscribers turned out to be Eastern European bots, the promotion was indefinitely postponed.

It only makes sense for opening day the Texas Renegades give away bobbleheads of the sexiest Rene of them all, the young stallion, SLATT Potts. The first 10k fans to enter the arena will get their own Slatter bobblehead, ferda.
