Cyndaquil the best fire starter?

That is a shocking hot take. Care to share a little more about how you came to that thought?

Frankly either Cyndaquil or Chimchar would be up there--in all reality they both should be--but Chimchar itself doesn't hit me different. Cyndaquil, with the addition of Scorbunny, has an air of uniquness and simplicity with it's design. Not simplistic in the way it becomes a quiet design, no, it is a salamander but it shoots fire. It has layers.

If I were to recreate this list with more thought, Chimchar and Torchic would move up a tier and Snivy would move down. Regardless, Mudkip is top tier.

How dare you put Mudkip in F tier. He was my first starter in ORAS and made it until I beat the game.
Shame.
