Welcom to the Awardshow of the Toronto North Stars for season 55.
First I want to apologize for such a long delay but I still hope you guys are as excited as I am for this!
Like every year there are two award categorys: Statistical and Team Voted Awards.
So without further ado let's start the show!

Statistical Awards

Let us start with the first Statistical Award the Chris York Award.
The player with the most goals during the regualr season gets to take home this trophy.
And the player with the most goals during last season was:

First-Name Last-Name - @gurbs

On a team which strugled to score goals, First-Name Last-Name still managed to find the scoring touch! Every 8th shot from him ended in the net!

The second statistical award we will hand out will be the Mikhail Lokitonov award.
Which is awarded to the player with the most assists during the regular season!
And the winner of this award is:

Danny Marston - @Capt_Blitzkrieg

Marston had a great rookie season. He was one of the best rookies of the season and showed of his big playmaking ability with scoring 17 asissts.

The next award is the Robert Spezza award which is a combination of the last two awards.
Because the award is handed out to the person with the most Points during the season.
The player with the most points was

Danny Marston - @Capt_Blitzkrieg

Not only was Marston a great passer but he also showed that he's capable of scoring goals. With 25 points he led team in points. Definetly looks like a promising asset for the future!

Coming to our 4th award of the night which will be the Zander Rhys award.
This award focuses on a defensive statistic. It will be handed out to the player with the most blocked shots in the last season.
And the player with the most bruises all over his body was

Ursin Zimmermann - @UrsinZ

Zimmermanns body must be hurting after the last season. He blocked 145 shots which made him one of the 10 most shot blocking players in the league.

The 5th award of the saeson is the Jeff Dar award.
This award is handed to the player who was the best at taking away the puck and not giving it to the opponents team.
The best puck posessor of the team was

Mika Kandinsky - @Mika_Kandinsky

Wow, Mika really doesnt like giving the puck to the opposing team. He not only lead the team with 33 take aways but als barely gave the puck away with only 24 give aways.

Only two statistical awards left! So let's continue with the Jonathan Lundberg award.
This award goes to the player with the most hits during the whole season.
And the player who liked to hit other players into the boards was

Ruslan Zaporozhets - @CptSquall

Ruslan our young sailor who likes to throw around his body. His opponents feared his crushing bodychecks. With 136 hits he nearly had 3 hits a game! What a bully!

To finish of our statistical awards we will hand out the John Grossman Jr. award.
Which goes to the player who spent the most time in the penalty box
The winner of this award is:

Well look at our lil rookie over here who spent nearly 50 mins in the box! Probably needed some extra time to watch the opponents goalie to see his weak spots. I like it!

Team Voted Awards

Let's go to our team voted awards!
Starting off the list is the award for the best media from the team!
And the winner of this award is

Harry Carpet - @Carpy48

Not that big of a surprise considering what a great artist Carpy is! His sigs are impressive and his dedication to graphics just shows in his efforts for his graphics grading job!

From a veteran of the team to a youngster.
Our second award is the Mika Kandisnky award which is given to the best rookie of the last season.
And the winner of this award is

Danny Marston - @Capt_Blitzkrieg

Marston came in hot during his first season in the SHL! What a season with 25 points! Being one of the best rookies of the season! I am pumped to see this guy develop even further.

Coming next is the "Stängeli" award which is named after Benjamin Wong.
This award goes to the best forward voted by the team.
The player to take home this award is

Well i could rename this show to the Danny Marston show right now! The 5th award this season! Well deserved and let's hope he stays hot for the coming seasons!

Only four awards left so let's continue with the Darian Scherbluk award.
This award goes to the best defender, which is decided by the team
And the winner of this award is

What an honor to recieve this award! Thanks to everyone who voted for me! I am also glad to not be the only defensemen on the team anymore! Let's go boys!

Only one position left who hasn't a best player for last season.
Let's change that with the Mark Harter award which goes to the best goalie voted by the team!
And the winner of the award is

Carpy isn't just one of the best goaltenders of the SHL, he's also one of the greatest players on this page! And now also a member of the 2k TPE club! Congrats Carpy!

Coming next is the JJ Krever award.
The player who helped make the LR a cosy and awesome place to stay in the most during the season will receive this award
The award of this season will be awarded to

Scoochie Stratton - @honkerrs

This seasons vote was insanely close! But our winner is definetly deserving this award! Honkers makes this LR a great place to be in and I hope he will stay as long as possible in our locker room!

The last award we voted on, is the highest award we voted on.
It's named Kristian Eriksson award and is handed to the Most Valuable Player of season 55.
The honor of taking home this award is given to:

Another award for our coffee addicted brick wall! Congratulations on a great season Carpy!
