Personally, there is only one city that would be able to get their hands on me while im still playing for Calgary - and that city would base themselves in Finland. Lilja is born in Nokia, which is not far away from Tampere, and its actually my birth city in real life as well. If there was ever be a franchise based in Nokia, I would definitely be interested. Despite having the honor of playing in front of my home town boys, it would not be easy. I have settled in Calgary and will not leave easily.
While just being drafted to the Winnipeg Aurora, there is one branding that could pull me away from them. It'd be a tough pill to swallow initially, but the branding is just so damn clean.

Obviously having a Europe expansion would be a great idea (and if I had to pick a city my first choice would be Helsinki), but if that's not an option... I don't think
any expansion city in North America would really make me want leave Toronto because that's just MY team, but getting an expansion team in Nashville would make it me at least consider it a little bit. I'm sure I've talked about that in some other PT before some seasons ago. Unfortunately I'm not a super creative person so I'll skip the actual branding part and leave those things to the experts (back then in that aforementioned PT I simply named them South Stars as an equivalent to the North Stars).

While Jack Micro is loving it in Anaheim and would definitely love it in New England, if there was a Louisville Kentucky Team he would definitely think about joining them simply because of how much he loved living in the state of Kentucky. Kentucky doesn’t get much sim league love unfortunately and I think a team there would be great. Admittedly Kentucky is not known for hockey but still. Maybe call them the Louisville Spirits. It's a reference to three things: the state welcoming sign, the Bourbon industry, and the spirit of horse racing. It's honestly an idea I've had for a while but I have not in the position to use the idea.

Said it before, and I'd say it again. Philadelphia with a firefighting theme. I'd be there in a heartbeat as it hits right at home for me...plus a red/black/white/gold color scheme would be pretty cool I think.
The Kentucky Rough Riders are the only team I'd ever condenser leaving NOLA for. Sabarro loves NOLA so he wants to stay, but a franchise in Kentucky with a horse logo seems prefect.

A few seasons ago I mentioned my Cleveland expansion team idea. If I applied for the SHL, that would be it.
That being said, I have another idea that's been around almost the entire time I've been on the site for a J expansion--it fills the wide swaths of the Midwestern US that lack representation right. That idea is the Cedar Rapids Crunchberries. The branding would be red and purple, with yellow highlights (and maybe some minor blue and green, cuz crunchberries!) The logo would be a stylized
interpretation of the city of Cedar Rapids logo , the 5-pointed foreground looking like a smaller red crunchberry surrounded by 5 longer-than-normal piece of Cap'n Crunch for the spokes, with a large purple crunchberry in the background. Quaker is a major employer in CR, and their factory blesses (and curses) the city with constant smells.
This is the true embodiment of Cedar Rapids, and I love it.

While I have always been a big fan of the Pride branding, I prose that we bring in the Paris, Pensylvannia Puppers. This branding would be highly attractive, not only because of the cute factor, but it always brings in a very strong alliteration to the mix.
