Definitively off-hockey day. Just clear to Your mind and to get ready for next hockey up week. Usually, Goodname would pick his MSI PC and play Shadow of War for the whole day. Wasting ~2 or more hours just moving orcs in army screen just to look more epic. I mean - ologs and archers in the back, caragor raiders left and right side, defenders upfront, rest of infantry in the middle. Then letting them slowly die in fight pits and reorganize it again... Not much beer is consumed in such a day. I mean 3 - 6 beer bottles. Meanwhile the Goodname has responsibilities in the house. ~1 hour before girlfriend comes home he ruins the kitchen (no grammar mistakes - ruins it!), cook some food, or orders it. Later he says the phrase "can You imagine how much time goes in the kitchen just make this! Unbelievable!" Then after that goes sex or war movie. It takes 6 months to watch Band of Brothers.
Elizabeth Doyle clearly like to take her days off slow. With the crazy speed of a hockey career, there's nothing like a day off to finally relax and catch up on things to do. She first like to get a brunch with a few of her friends in the morning. It's important to start a long day with a good meal and it's the perfect opportunity to treat yourself at a restaurant on the buffalo downtown. After a few hours of catching up, She likes to go to take a stroll on the riverside of the Niagara river in order to take the day slow. In the afternoon, she gets back home and usually sit down in her backyard or her reading room with a good book or with her guitar in order to just clear her mind out of anything. there's always so much going in her life that it's good to take a moment to just take care of herself.
The grind never stops for Jack Klompus as on his off days he likes to stream on Twitch to interact with the fans a bit more. With the most recent version of the SHL video game coming out, Klompus has tons to do on his off days trying to compete with the virtual competition in the hockey ultimate team mode. Klompus has made it his mission to collect every card in the game which provides more than enough content for the SHL fans looking to find more ways to interact with the players. Klompus also runs a segment during streams where he will play one game against a fan who wins one of the stream raffles. While it's a lot to handle with the busy hockey schedule, it brings some fun on break day. Other than that, Klompus is still taking to finding out more things about the Manhattan area. With some free time he has been hanging out with his teammates and sight seeing in the area.
After I have had a exhausting 6 straight days of Games and Practices I spend half of the day resting up basically while the other half is playing video games and relaxing and taking it easy because you do not get to many days off and it is nice to be able to enjoy a relaxing day for once..maybe a massage if I am feeling like driving to the local massage place but you never really know because it's really what I am up to on that day. I might also try to gather some teammates up and go out for dinner and have some fun like bowling or going to the arcade whatever it may be I do it for fun because you don't get to many of these days until the offseason. And if I am struggling during the season I will most likely practice that day wheter it be by myself or with another teammate. It really depends on what has been happening and how I am feeling on that day.
My first order of bussiness on my day off is to prank call tom fiddler seventy two times and ask for milk. This is how I best spend my time off just pulling straight troll moves and gigin. It's the simple things in life michael fitted enjoys and making my teammates upset is def number 1. Pingy pingy also comes up on my time off as we not through pittsburgh trying to get mans a contract so he can take flight as a flightless bird. Without this day off I could never find the time to do my favorite things I must say without having the trolling of teammates I'd probably retired. I do love the grind but without the r and r who would fitted be like if not for the fun times with the boys and doing bong rips I'd be lost I needed this time to chill. Squad up boys it's time to make that playoff push

Player: Andreas Kvalheim
After several grueling days of hockey, the Texas Renegades finally had a day off with no games or practices, and the players finally had a day off to spend however they wished. Andreas Kvalheim started his day off with a easy, light 10 km run in the morning. Even though it was an off day, Andreas still wanted to go out for a run to maintain his fitness and to energize him for the day ahead. After his run, Andreas returned home and just chilled for the rest of the day. Typically, this involves mindless tasks such as reading a book, watching some anime or playing some video games. On this day, Andreas spent his time watching anime and decided to finish watching Kaguya Sama: Love is War. This show is a rom com, which is typically not something Andreas would watch, but the show's cast of lovable characters and its on-point comedy made it a must watch.
I'm spending my one day off doing absolutely nothing. Literally. No alarm allowed so I wake up whenever my body wants me to. I'll just order lunch and dinner for delivery whenever I'm hungry. Because let's face it, without an alarm there's not point eating breakfast as I won't wake up before 11 in the morning anyway.
Probably won't even get dressed, honestly. Just watch me flop around the house in slippers and a robe all day. Playing games or watching TV. The only hockey related things I might do that day is watch another SHL game if any other teams are playing. Or play the recently released game SHL 21.
Oh, and I can't forget to take my midday, afternoon, and evening naps as well. Gotta make sure I'm well-rested for the next stretch of games and practice. It's a lot of work to be a star player, but I'm getting older and will soon need more rest than ever before to stay on top of my game.
Rikard rare gets a day off. From practice to game days, to continuing to build out his Ikea furniture building venture, Rikard’s schedule is packed most of the time. On the rare chance that he gets to breathe a bit, Rikard mostly spends it at home with his cats. The pandemic has reduced Hammarberg’s desire to travel or go on outdoor excursions, so he has taken upon himself to build his skills.
Hammarberg has started teaching himself different types of cuisines during his days off at home. French and Italian cuisines contain some of Hammarberg’s favorite foods and dishes and he has taken it upon himself to learn to cook his favorite meals. With team meals with teammates out at restaurants out of the question under return to play protocols, Hammarberg has learned to replicate some of his favorite dishes in his own kitchen. Hammarberg’s next cuisine to try and master is Japanese cuisine.
While most people would probably guess the players will take a relaxed day when they have a day off, Calvin does the opposite. He has the same early alarm he does for every day, going out for a morning run just to loosen up. Followed by a healthy breakfast and then any chores that needs doing at home. It often piles up when you're traveling as much as you do in the pro-hockey career.
Once the necessities are done, it's time for the leisure.
The activity in which Calvin Hobbes will spend his free time depends upon the season. If it's during the middle of the season, not too much can be done outside and the favored activity will be gaming with old buddies from back home or watching Twitch streams.
During the warmer months golfing is the activity of choice for a relaxed time. As most hockey players Calvin has long played golf and it's the perfect combination for a hockey player since the seasons don't overlap too much.
When Shion Okamoto gets a day off in Newfoundland, his favourite activity is to walk down from his apartment to the harbour. He recommends an incredible street vendor which sells the best lobster rolls that you could ever find. Then, taking a walk around the harbour is a great way to pass the time. As well, there is some great fishing to be had around the area, however Okamoto noted that he was not very into fishing. As for the evening, he might meet up with a few of the guys from the locker room and hit up the St. John's bar and pub scene. There are many great places to go to, and there are a lot more than you would expect from a smaller place like St. John's. Also, grabbing a beer and sitting by the water is one of the best ways to pass the time on one of your days off.

After having to spend the last six days on the usual grind that comes with the job, there is simply no better way to spend your singular and solitary day off then out on the greens with your teammates and a nice cold drink. Yeah, we just spent the better part of the last six days together, but when the locker room is as close and good as ours, it's still worth spending that seventh day straight with the team. I am not a great golfer or anything, but that's what the drink is for. Keep me entertained while the better handicaps get to play their round however they want. I am just out there for the fun of it, enjoying the sun and the chat. I know some other people would just use the day to wind-down at home, or maybe do something a little more energy inducing, but for me its all about taking it slow and enjoying time with my friends, and there is no better time than time spent with people who make your life more enjoyable to live, like my teammates! 189w
Austin Roenick is one lazy son of a bitch. But when he needs to work hard, he will work hard and he will do what he needs to do. But if he was given a day off, of course, he would do what is right for him and that is to sleep. He will sleep all day and not get off the bed. As I said, he is a lazy bastard and on his off day, he will relax and do nothing else. He will not hang out with his teammates and talk, he will not go out and enjoy the outside, he will just relax and sleep. What else is there to do? After all the hard work he has done in hockey, he should do more work by doing some stuff? Hell no. He has every right to sleep all day and just take off the pressure out of his body and get ready for his next game with the LA panthers.
TheSparkyDee aka Zakkira Diporov a winger from the Winnipeg Aurora, he spends his time off the ice playing FORTNITE, APEX, SMITE, and even L O L, that is League of Legends you noob and I play these games with the boys! A. Jobin the goalie from the Hamilton Steelbirbs, Burlok Sulfurgold also a winger from the Texas Deserters, and another winger Zoltan Topalo from the Tampa Bay Fish...ies. We recently played in a FORTNITE Tourney... and we got 55th place out of 100 teams! Not so bad for some gamers. We are gonna return next year and destroy them gamers. We got to go up a division so now instead of facing 7 year olds... we got bumped up to the 9 year old division. Look out 9 year old FORTNITE players! We are gonna get that winner winner chicken dinner, or whatever they call the first place prize... Last man standing? Well if it is a team it would be last team standing? Is that what is called?

Marco Barengrub is still a really young player so even 6 straight days of games/training don't fatigue him too much. No need to spend his free day relaxing or recuperating, he still has enough energy to do whatever he wants. But, it just happens outside hockey Barengrub doesn't have a lot of hobbies. Hockey is really time consuming so it's not like he has time to learn a lot of other things. It also doesn't help that he is quite lazy to be honest. So most of his free time he just plays games or watch movies. It's not like there's so much to do lately with covid 19. Recently, he's been pretty addicted to rocket league, playing it with with teammates has been a blast. He's also a student of the game so he likes to watch other SMJHL teams play when the Falcons don't. Nothing better than a poutine and a cola to enjoy a nice free day.
