Spicy Stands For Scotland

With the new season of IIHF approaching, it’s time to talk about the elephant in the room so to speak. It’s time for Scotland to have its own team in the IIHF. Nay, it’s past time for Scotland to have its own IIHF team. This pish of having to play for Team Great Britian is a bloody joke. For far too long we sovereign Scots have been forced under England’s shadow and its past time we were given the opportunity to shine. I for one have no desire to play for a lousy bunch of Unionist bawbags. Give me a team filled with me own kith and kin, a team filled with the sons and daughters of Scotland. Now wouldn’t that be a sight to behold?
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying everyone on Team Great Britain is some manky git. Far from it in fact, some of them are great players and hella fun to be on the ice with. But make no mistakes, Scotland is my haim, and Scotland is who I’ll represent. To just be lumped into Team Great Britian is just bloody bowfin. It’s time that the IIHF wakes up and smells the proverbial coffee, mates. Scotland will be free, and once it become its own sovereign country again then the IIHF will have no choice but to give us our own team. So why keeping sitting around like a bunch of old, wrinkly bawbags? IIHF you need to get with the program and make this team happen, because it’s coming one way or another. And while I’m speaking of this, I just wanted to reach out to @PremierBromanov and say “Thank you for the kind invite to Team Great Britian. You’re a good lad, mate. I look forward to seeing you on the ice, but I’m no English and I’ll no play for the English.” Yes, that’s right IIHF, you heard right, “I’m no English and I’ll no play for Team Great Britian.” If there is one thing ol’ Spicy is, it’s a man of principle. How could I stand here a proud son of Scotland advocating for our freedoms, all the while serving the English at the same time? It can’t be done! It’d be nothing but pure pish! So here’s to it lads, lets raise a dram in honor of Team Scotland! Sláinte! GIVE ME FREEDOM! GIVE ME HOCKEY! GIVE ME TEAM SCOTLAND!!!!!!!!!!

The cool thing about this situation is that we can be real Englishmen about it and play you without your consent and lock you into the team for the next 2 seasons.
But, we here at GB Inc applaud your fervor for IIHF and wish you the best of luck in the future. And we also state that we're not even that sad about it, these are just tears of joy, nay, pride. I'm sure Ireland will take you, but itll cost them a transfer slot.

I mean... you wouldn't be the only Scottish player in Ireland, just saying.
Player Page - Update Page Former Players: Yoshimitsu McCloud (LW, #64) - Won a Four Star Cup once, knew ninjutsu, picture editors hated him, never tried free agency Anton Harrier (LW, #90) - Won WJC gold, liked skateboarding a lot, went to the finals with Manhattan, kept his seat glued in LR
