This is great! To see you can change. You are free to alter patterns and be a shapeshifter, it's sick, holey shit. Have fun! It's so good. Just, whatever you do, don't mope about it! Really, you have something great, don't let yourself focus on whatever is ultimately useless. Anything that deters you from what you really want.

You can weigh yourself, but who really cares about the numbers, it's not about #'s. You attach meaning to the numbers, but think about what you really want. Enjoy knowing you can have it! Enjoy being free from worrying about #'s and having to will yourself to do things for the scale. Fuck it! Just relax and take what you really want.

It's probably not a # on a scale, or when you'll be some certain # on the scale that matters. It really doesn't matter. Forget that nonsense shit! Genuinely just see the best part of it, that you can do whatever you want and you're freeing yourself! It's just knowing everything will be better this way, you will breath differently, don't doubt yourself, it's the right decision, you can do it, anyone can do it, you just don't doubt your decision because you know it's obviously the right one!

New PB on the stationary bike today, 18 miles in 60 minutes, and on a higher resistance than I'm used to. Feel like hell but it's worth it

Well done Mr grok.

I completed my 10.5 mile run tonight just before regenerating.

10.5 miles completed this morning before the sun tried to kill me.

After a couple weeks of being a loser and not going to the gym I soaked a shirt today. Hockey tomorrow. Getting back on track.

Phone was dead so no weigh in pic but I'm around 195 still somehow
