where is the space
#1

a couple of seasons ago when i was on my last player the team that drafted didnt want to resign me a season later because they had no space
i was told there was going to be expansion and would be more space so i recreated
now i can see two new teams that must be from expansion
but there is still no space?
was expansion fake?
where is the space?
this is either complete failure of idea behind expansion
or there is space and just no one wants me
and teams are lying to me about why
which i am sure no team would do
or there is space somewhere
so where is the space
thanks

There are a few reasons for this, one reason is that there have been salary cap changes that have just gone into full effect the start if s60. This has caused the number of send down slots to reduced significantly. Teams at the most extreme end only have 1-3 prospects that would have had 6 in the previous system. In addition to the budget changes the recruitment team has done a great job getting people in the league. I'm sorry this is also having the unintended consequence of creating the feeling of not wanted and I hate this too. In reality the goal is to force player movement and have the lower non-competing teams a chance to compete because they should be able to afford you. but teams may pick you up after a few seasons of earning unless someone is a real piece of work.

My best advice is keep earning, make friends, be decent to others and have a good time.

maybe they should stop recruiting then if theres no space
do they really expect people to stick around for a few seasons when every team has basically said they dont want them?

I think there’s space, but when you flame out in juniors two straight players people start to get gun shy.

Ahhhh that makes a lot more sense, sorry I took the being lied by gms as a personal attack on myself, hence my passive aggressive bitchyness. The budget sheet for the s61 season is not a good reference to find out if there is space until budgets are due as it is currently outdated for the coming season. It's possible you've been lied to but I'm sure there's truth in keygan's statement
