What are your cutting and bulking diets guys? I'm currently bulking and I have a tough time going from bulk to cut... i just eat alot all the time so any tips or any foods that you eat? any answer appreciated. Thanks

Well its mainly about that calorie surplus and defecit. what are you currently doing now?

Right now I want to bulk, but before summer time, I'd like to have a solid cutting plan so I'd like to know what to eat and if there's something else i can do instead of eating 6 meals a day which i can't really do...

I been trying to cut my calories down to only 2500 a day, but its hard what should i eat to maintain this pace?

you dont need to eat 6 meals a day


you can eat 2 a day and youd be fine



just keep track of calories and macro nutrients and youll be good
also eat veggies though

Yeahthat

People eat 6 meals a day becaue its easier to psread it out than eat a shitload in one sitting

i do HIIT which includes sprinting, plyometrics, etc

do intense stuff in shorter duration rather than longer intervals of medium intensity

Thanks, recently started to do that too.

I'm gonna buy some whey protein tomorrow, i heard u would be fine if you eat enough meat but i want to try it out
