He wrote this song after he survived a drug overdose then shortly after suffered another drug overdose. He did not survive that one. The song always hits me like a pound of bricks whenever I hear it. It reminds me that we all are battling something

I know one of my many life ventures will pay me dividends as for last couple of years I've only been reinvesting all the extra money I have into different bussiness ventures most my own some thru investing. I know if I stay on the road I am on I will have a good life in end I just have too be patient and presenant on my goals and ambitions

Not too big of a music fan (or a specific genre/artist at least), but Alan Walker's works are nice. A lot of his songs link to each other (or at least, the fans can make inferences).

For example, Faded's lyrics include:

I just find these lyrics hilarious and I laugh every time i hear them. I find Jack Harlow to be hilarious both when he’s actually rapping and when he’s just being himself in interviews and stuff. One of the funniest artists out there rn.

Given that there's a lot of Canadians here there's probably a decent amount of Tragically Hip lyrics. I am actually not Canadian but I do love the Hip, particularly "It's a Good Life If You Don't Weaken." What I like about the some (other than the whole atmosphere of it) is that the entire song is just Gord talking about why he doesn't like the saying that's the title of the song. You know, we have to be vulnerable sometimes instead of adhering to all that macho crap. I also quite enjoy the video for the song, and not only because Gord looks particularly good in it (ha ha ha I wrote it because nobody reads this stuff instead of the graders and now you know my SECRETSSSSSS). Anyway here are some lyrics.
